We are now looking for a new employee for our unit of Administrative Management!

The unit for Administrative Management is part of the management and staff and serves as an important support to the entire hospital. Here, administrators work to support managers in their daily tasks and staff the hospital's cash and information desk – a central service point for employees, patients, and visitors.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The role of staffing coordinator is central and operational, with a clear focus on ensuring effective staffing in a high-paced environment with significant demands for flexibility. The position suits you who thrive on problem-solving, have a good ability to work under time pressure, are meticulous, responsible, and want to contribute to the daily operations functioning in a safe and quality-assured manner.
As a staffing coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring acute and short-term staffing during absences within departments at Hässleholm Hospital, primarily within the areas of medicine and rehabilitation. The role involves close collaboration with unit managers, employees, schedulers, and managerial support, with responsibility for daily personnel planning after the basic schedule has been established. You will work in our personnel administrative system Multi Access and Tessa.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has a high degree of independence, service orientation, and flexibility.
You have completed an approved high school education and have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish. Furthermore, we see that you are computer literate and have good IT skills. Knowledge of various scheduling models and the agreements and laws that regulate working hours in healthcare is an advantage, as is experience in staffing and personnel administration within Swedish healthcare. Additionally, experience with staffing/scheduling systems such as Multi Access is also advantageous.
