We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst on behalf of our client. You will primarily work on projects related to document and case management within Region Skåne.

You will belong to the unit “Strategy and Development” within the Information area at the Group Office. You will work in a team of about 10 people who are passionate about making document and case management smarter and more efficient for everyone within Region Skåne. Currently, their main focus is to implement a new user platform called DokIT. The implementation is carried out within the framework of a program led by a program manager. It is within the program that your main work will take place. They strive for an agile working method, engagement, openness, and user focus. They also work closely with their IT organization and their suppliers.

You are expected to be self-driven in your work. Therefore, it is important that you have practical experience working with needs and requirements for group-wide business services. In addition to the work normally performed by a Business Analyst, you should be able to lead business projects. They work with PPS methodology for project management. Furthermore, good ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Swedish is required. You should be able to conduct presentations for management and user groups that are both factual and inspiring. You are not afraid to help your colleagues in their work. You are a team player who can both give and receive constructive feedback.

As they are a small team, you need to be flexible and not shy away from performing work outside the role of Business Analyst.

They may apply work samples before a candidate is engaged in the assignment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Tasks normally performed by a Business Analyst
• Be involved in taking a user need all the way to benefits realization
• Participate in and lead meetings with businesses and users of the services
• Collect, analyze, and document needs
• Make economic assessments of projects and needs
• Design, model, and document requirements
• Communicate verbally and in writing with users and stakeholders
• Conduct training
• Conduct workshops
• Lead projects

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Relevant education in areas such as computer science, project management, or economics
• At least five years of experience working as a Business Analyst or in another equivalent role
• Experience working with business needs and change management
• Experience with agile working methods
• Experience working with external suppliers of IT products and services
• Communicative and able to convey a message in an inspiring and pedagogical way
• Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Good knowledge of English in speech and writing

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience with OpenText products
• Experience working with document and case management
• Experience in leadership within the relevant area
• Experience with Azure DevOps or equivalent tools used in IT project work
• Experience working with external IT suppliers
• Worked in a public organization
• Participated in procurement in public operations
• Experience with SAFe methodology
• Experience with information security and the General Data Protection Regulation
• Relevant certification in the field
• Knowledge of ITIL
