Namly Design is a print-on-demand company where we sell posters, labels, and wall decor. We are currently in an expansion phase and need to strengthen our operations in Arlöv with an additional customer service representative.

Your new job

We are looking for a service-oriented and solution-focused customer service representative who wants to help create a positive customer experience in every interaction.

In this role, you will primarily provide support and service to our customers via email and chat. You will answer questions, help solve problems, and guide customers in a clear and professional manner. The goal is always to provide fast, accurate, and personalized service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat
• Handle cases and follow up on customer issues as needed
• Provide clear information about our products/services
• Contribute to developing and improving the customer experience

We are looking for someone who

• Is service-oriented and has a professional demeanor
• Communicates clearly and structured in writing
• Is solution-oriented and responsible
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Has good computer skills

Your qualifications

We see that you have experience in customer service and can express yourself well, both verbally and in writing, in Swedish and English. To thrive and succeed in this role, it is important that you are used to working independently, can juggle multiple tasks at once, and are meticulous and flexible.

We expect you to be able to work independently and take responsibility for completing your tasks.

Position: Permanent employment at 100% with immediate start.

Workplace: Terminalgatan 9 ARLÖV

Salary: By agreement

Working hours: Daytime, Monday to Friday
