About the position

Do you want to work in a lovely store environment where quality and local engagement are at the center?

We are now looking for extra help at ICA Supermarket Skanör on weekends, evenings, and all major holidays. It is important that you can easily commute to Skanör, either if you live nearby or have access to a car. The store's opening hours are 07:00-23:00 every day of the week.

Your tasks

As a florist with us, you will create beautiful bouquets, arrangements, and decorations. You will be responsible for ordering, unpacking, and caring for flowers and plants.

In your position, you will ensure an inspiring and sales-oriented flower department.

You will provide our customers with top-class service and help them find the right product for the right occasion, as well as plan and develop seasonal campaigns.

As a florist, you meet many different customers and their needs. A large part of the job consists of listening, interpreting requests, and guiding customers to the right choice. Therefore, a sense of service and communication skills are just as important as the craft. At the same time, the job requires you to be practical and structured. The store should remain inspiring and sales-oriented, and deliveries should be managed.

We are looking for you who

Have florist education or documented experience in the florist profession.

As a person, you are creative, meticulous, and work with great commitment. You have high social competence and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

We are looking for someone who is used to working both physically and sometimes hectic but filled with joy and creativity. No day is the same as seasons, trends, and holidays affect both tasks and creations. Here you get to develop your creativity while contributing to making someone else's day a little more beautiful.
