ARC Solutions is a manufacturing company based in Helsingborg that operates within the dental industry. Our customers are primarily dental laboratories that are offered the production of customized prosthetics, various forms of service, and training.
The main market is Sweden, but England, Germany, Italy, Australia, and the USA are steadily increasing. The company is located in Berga with 800 square meters of manufacturing space. ARC Solutions currently has 14 employees and is expected to grow further in the coming years.
ARC Solutions is owned by the implant company Neoss, and the companies work very closely together. Neoss Nordic has an office in Gothenburg, and the headquarters is located in Harrogate, England. Neoss has subsidiaries around the world and is in a very expansive phase.
At ARC Solutions, we manufacture our own products for the dental industry in Sweden and globally. The manufacturing process occurs in various stages (order reception, scan/design, CADCAM, machine/manufacturing, quality control, delivery/logistics). The different stages depend on the product, but regardless, it is a team effort with various competencies involved.
Job Description
We are now seeking additional support in our warehouse to handle incoming and outgoing orders.
The job involves creating orders for all incoming work, packing various accessories, and when the products are ready, they must be packed, shipped, and invoiced.
In addition, order reception/customer service is also handled via phone and email.
Fluent Swedish and good English are required; German is a plus.
Since the products are customized, each case is unique. We work with short lead times, 1-3 days, and the volumes vary from day to day, which means that the workload can vary significantly. This requires a flexible attitude, high capacity, and stress resistance during certain days/periods.
It is required that you have previously worked in an order/business system so that you understand the basics of creating and delivering orders. Our orders come digitally via our webshop or via email. The workflow is then entirely digital, which requires a basic understanding of moving files, etc., in folder structures on different servers. Therefore, you need to have good computer skills.
The work is during the day, and the position is a permanent employment with a six-month probationary period. Start immediately.
Your Background
The requirement is that you understand the systematics of an order/business system. This could mean that you have previously worked in customer service where order placement is included, or worked in a warehouse with experience in handling order/business systems.
Great importance is placed on personal suitability, where drive and engagement are important qualities. You need a flexible attitude and should be creative and enjoy coming up with your own solutions to problems.
Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application period has ended.
