We are now looking for two service-oriented and solution-focused Customer Center Advisors for our Customer Center in Ystad - a role for you who enjoys customer contact, likes to find solutions, and wants to be part of an engaged team.
About the Role
As a Customer Center Advisor, you are an important part of the bank's daily operations and often the first contact our customers have with us. You meet customers via phone, chat, and email, helping them with questions regarding everyday finances, savings, loans, and digital services.
You work closely with colleagues in a team of about 25 people located at our headquarters in Ystad. You report to the Customer Center Manager and actively contribute to both customer satisfaction and the bank's continued development.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, chat, and email with a focus on service and problem-solving
- Provide guidance on the bank's services and products based on customer needs
- Schedule advisory meetings and identify business opportunities
- Perform administrative tasks related to banking services
- Work proactively with customer engagement, needs identification, and sales
- Support colleagues and contribute to a positive and professional work environment
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in customer service, preferably within banking or finance, who thrives in a role with a lot of customer contact. You are responsible, structured, and have a natural drive to help customers in the best way possible.
You are communicative and relationship-building, easily able to understand the customer's situation, and motivated to find simple solutions to complex questions. At the same time, you work independently, are meticulous, and contribute to the team's overall success.
We prefer that you:
- Have a relevant university degree in economics or similar
- Have a SwedSec license as an advisor or information provider. If you do not have this today, you will have the opportunity to obtain the license alongside your work
To succeed in the role, you must:
- Have good computer skills and can work fluently in the Office suite
- Have experience in customer service, preferably within banking or finance
- Have excellent communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish
The positions are a permanent position and a full-time temporary position for one year, located at our headquarters in Ystad.
