Are you service-oriented, enjoy working with people, and want a fun summer job in an international environment? Then this might be the job for you!

Finnlines is now looking for check-in and customer service staff to join our team in Malmö for summer temporary positions and/or part-time work as needed. You need to be available for training starting from April 1, 2026.

About the job

In this role, you will be working with customer service and administration. Your tasks will include:

• receiving booking inquiries via phone and email
• checking in travelers and verifying bookings
• assisting with simpler administrative tasks

Who are you?

You don’t need to have worked in this field before – we will teach you everything on-site! The most important thing is that you:

• are positive, responsible, and enjoy helping others
• can work flexibly and sometimes step in as needed
• speak and write Swedish and English

It’s an extra plus if you can also speak German and/or Polish.

Practical information

• You need to have some computer skills
• A driver's license and access to a car are advantageous, as the office is located in Norra Hamnen where public transport is limited
• Working hours vary and can include days, evenings, and weekends
