About the role As a customer communicator at Fibio, you will work with contacting our existing customers. You will help them get more out of their subscriptions by providing service, solving problems, and offering improved solutions when necessary. This is about customer care and relationship building, not about chasing new customers.

Your responsibilities:

Contact existing customers by phone

Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent service

Identify needs and suggest improved solutions where appropriate

Focus on creating satisfied, loyal customers

Contribute to a positive and engaging work environment with colleagues

What we are looking for in you:

You are communicative and find it easy to talk to people

You are attentive, solution-oriented, and professional in your approach

You have good computer skills and are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

You arrive on time, take responsibility, and have high attendance

You enjoy developing and are open to feedback

Previous experience in customer contact is an advantage, but not a requirement

About the employment:

Location: At our office in Helsingborg, 2 minutes walk from Helsingborg C

Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00

Remote work or flexible hours are not applicable – we always work together on-site
