Job Description

We are looking for salespeople on an as-needed basis and for summer temporary positions, 15 hours/week, at Skopunkten Nova Lund. You will work in the store with customer service, sales, product display, and simpler inventory tasks. The work is varied and customer-oriented in a modern store environment. You will work both in a team and independently depending on the situation and responsibility. With commitment and the desire to develop, we offer a stimulating workplace where every day can be different.

Your main tasks will include:

• Customer service and sales with a focus on high service level

• Upselling and actively working to achieve set goals

• Product display and the store's visual presentation

• Simple inventory management, restocking, and receiving goods

• Keeping the store clean and organized according to current routines

• Participating in campaign work and following up on sales activities

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with an interest in shoes, fashion, and customer service. You are service-oriented, social, and enjoy a customer-facing role. Experience in retail and cash handling is a plus, but we also value the right attitude and willingness to learn. You are positive, attentive, and can handle a pace where multiple tasks are ongoing simultaneously.

We are looking for someone who

• is at least 18 years old at the start of employment

• has good teamwork skills

• is service-oriented and customer-focused

• has flexibility in working hours as the position is extra/as needed and for summer temporary work

Meritorious

• experience in cash handling

• experience in fashion/retail

• knowledge of product display

• completed sales training

Information about the position

Scope: Extra as needed. There is an opportunity for a summer temporary position of 15 hours/week.

Start date: By agreement.
