About the Role

As a customer service representative/inside sales, you will primarily work towards the Norwegian market but also handle Swedish and Danish customer inquiries. You will report to the Customer Service and Sales Manager in Malmö and will manage customers in both B2B and B2C segments. The job involves responding to emails, chats, and phone calls from customers, as well as making outgoing calls for customer care purposes. Lusini is a sales-oriented organization, which is why the customer service team also works with advisory sales towards customers.

Your tasks will include, among other things:

- Order reception, quotes, and order confirmations

- Advisory sales and product advice

- Handling incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat/WhatsApp

- Handling complaints and returns, as well as booking return pickups

- Invoice and credit management, as well as credit checks

- Delivery and sample follow-up

- Customer care initiatives and follow-up on larger deliveries

- Support for field sales representatives and collaboration with marketing, logistics, and finance

- Other administrative tasks and support for the business

About You

We are looking for someone with a background in customer service, sales, or administration who wants to develop in a broad and responsible role. You enjoy engaging with customers and are motivated to provide professional service of high quality. As a person, you are positive, solution-oriented, and committed to your work. You take ownership of your cases from the first contact to completion and ensure that the customer has a professional and positive experience.

Furthermore, you are meticulous and structured, with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously without compromising quality. You thrive in a self-directed role while also being a team player who contributes to a good atmosphere and collaboration within the team. If you also have an interest in gastronomy or interior design, we see it as a significant plus.

In addition, the following is required:

- Good knowledge of Norwegian and Swedish in both spoken and written form

- Good knowledge of the Office suite

- Completed secondary education

Preferred:

- Experience in customer service, sales, and administration

- Additional knowledge of either German, Danish, French, or Dutch

Other Information

Start: Immediately as agreed

Location: Central Malmö

Scope: 75%

Working hours: Mon-Fri, office hours. Opportunity to work from home 1 day a week

Salary: According to agreement
