Bergåse Färg Vägg & Golv is now looking for an accountant / administrator to join our team.

We are a family-owned company with short decision-making paths and are looking for someone who wants a long-term and responsible role with varied tasks in both finance and administration.

Job Responsibilities

In the role of accountant / administrator, you will work broadly within finance and administration. Your tasks include, among others:

• Ongoing bookkeeping as well as VAT and tax management

• Month-end closing, account reconciliations, and financial analyses

• Customer and supplier accounts, invoicing, and payments

• Rent invoicing in the property program Real

• Payroll administration and salary payments

• Preparatory work for year-end closing

• Other administration related to the business

Requirements

To be considered for the position, we expect you to meet the following:

• At least 5 years of experience in finance

• Good system proficiency in Spiris/Visma and Excel

• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
