IT Recruiter Wanted for Global Organization

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are now looking for someone with recruitment experience and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously on behalf of our client. Here you will have the opportunity to be part of a global company with a strong focus on sustainability and to develop your skills in recruitment, where you will primarily recruit IT profiles. The role involves broad responsibility with several parallel recruitments that you will independently drive from start to finish. To succeed and thrive in this role, you are used to creating structure, maintaining pace in the processes, and ensuring quality at every step.

This position is a consulting assignment for approximately 4-6 months with potential opportunities for extension.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has previous recruitment experience where you have independently managed your own recruitment processes from start to finish and recruited IT profiles.
  • Is fluent in Swedish and English, as both languages are used daily in the work and you will be part of an international team.
  • Has good administrative skills and can quickly familiarize yourself with new systems.

It is advantageous if you have:

  • A strong candidate network in IT and good knowledge of the candidate market in Skåne.

Our Recruitment Process

This recruitment process is handled by Academic Work, and our client's request is that all questions regarding the position are sent to Academic Work.

We apply ongoing selection and will remove the advertisement when enough candidates have reached the final stage of the recruitment process. When applying, a CV is requested. A cover letter is not used as a selection method and therefore does not need to be attached. The recruitment process includes two selection tests: a personality test and a cognitive ability test. The tests are a tool to find the candidate with the highest potential for the position and to promote equality, diversity, and a fair recruitment process.
