We are now looking for an experienced recruiter for an international company in Lund. This assignment is suitable for you who have several years of experience in recruitment and enjoy a role where you independently drive processes from start to finish.
In this role, you will work broadly with recruitment and support the organization in everything from IT roles and various engineering profiles to executive and leadership recruitments. This means a daily routine where you switch between different areas of expertise and collaborate closely with managers to drive the processes forward in a smooth and proactive manner.
We are looking for someone who:Has several years of experience in recruitment and is comfortable managing multiple parallel processes
Enjoys driving processes forward and making things happen
Thrives in an international environment
Is confident, curious, and enjoys having many contacts at the same time
Is used to supporting managers throughout the entire recruitment cycle
Scope: 50 %
Start: Immediately
Duration: Initially until summer, with a good chance of extension
