The Department of Close Care and Health has existed since January 1, 2025, and has three different focuses: ordering care options within primary care, responsible for the strategic development of primary care as the hub in the healthcare system's transition to good and close care, and responsible for the grant-funded care activities within the department. This includes mobile teams and specialized palliative care, outpatient care within close care, emergency care within close care, 1177 by phone, as well as certain region-wide functions. The department has approximately 1200 employees.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We offer you a position where you can develop and work from a broad perspective in collaboration with other support functions to contribute to the organization achieving its set goals. You will be a controller for a business area and work together with the area manager. The tasks consist of budgeting, analysis, calculation, follow-up and forecasting work, as well as year-end work. Additionally, you will work on the development of key performance indicators, analyses of operations/economy, and investigative and development work. Your role also includes participating in overarching processes within the financial area. You will also contribute to the development and quality assurance of routines and processes within the area.
As a controller, you will provide qualified and consultative support to the operations with the ability to manage both the details and the overall perspective. The position is located at Dockplatsen in Malmö, and you will work closely with the responsible managers and the department's staff functions. You belong to the finance unit, where you, together with four colleagues, work with a clear focus on development and continuous improvements to meet the needs of the operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
We welcome you who have a university degree in economics. Good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, are a prerequisite for the position. Furthermore, we see that you have very good knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel. It is advantageous if you have experience in financial management in public operations and/or in a larger organization. We work with the financial systems Raindance and QlikView/QlikSense as decision support systems and consider it an advantage if you have knowledge of these.
To succeed in the position, it is important that you are analytical and work in a careful and structured way. We value that your working method is proactive and that you are driven, solution-oriented, and focused on development. Furthermore, you are comfortable working independently and taking your own initiatives. You are clear, pedagogical, and keen to provide good service. Additionally, you are attentive, have an easy time building relationships, and always have a good demeanor. We place great importance on personal suitability.
