We are looking for a Production Administrator for our production operations in Hörby. The role is broad and operational with a focus on administrative support to production, planning, and related functions. This is a role for you who thrives on structure, systems, and clear tasks – and who wants to be a stable and reliable part of the daily operations.

About the role

As a Production Administrator, you will work closely with production and be responsible for ensuring that administrative processes function correctly and on time. The role involves daily handling of documentation, system updates, follow-ups, and coordination. You will work in close collaboration with production, planning, quality, and purchasing.

Your tasks include:

  • Registration and updating of production data in the business system
  • Handling of production orders and documentation
  • Follow-up of deviations and support in administrative parts of improvement work
  • Ensure correct documentation according to applicable procedures
  • Support to production management in reporting and compilation
  • Coordination of information between production and other functions
  • Administration related to inventory, materials, and internal flows

The work is structured and requires attention to detail with a varying pace in everyday life. The work is scheduled during daytime from Monday to Friday during office hours.

About you

We are looking for someone who is structured, detail-oriented, and enjoys operational tasks. You need to be comfortable with repetitive tasks while being able to prioritize when multiple tasks are ongoing simultaneously. You are used to working in systems and see the value of correct data and documentation. You communicate clearly and collaborate well with different functions in the organization.

Requirements:

  • Experience in administrative work, preferably within production, warehousing, or logistics
  • Good system skills and experience with business systems/ERP
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Swedish and English in spoken and written form

Meritorious:

  • Experience from regulated activities (e.g., MedTech, pharmaceuticals, or food)
  • Experience in production administration
