We are looking for a recruitment partner who can support a client in the energy sector with the recruitment of an automation engineer. The assignment involves driving a structured recruitment process with clear quality assurance and ongoing reporting to the client.

• Ensure that presented candidates meet all requirements in the requirement profile.
• Conduct phone interviews with selected candidates.
• Conduct reference checks.
• Report status in writing at least once a week during the ongoing recruitment.

• Ability to quality assure candidate materials against the requirement profile and only present candidates who meet all requirements.
• Ability to deliver written status reports at least every 7 days during the ongoing recruitment.
• Experience in conducting phone interviews in recruitment processes.
• Experience in conducting reference checks.

• Experience in recruitment within the energy sector, preferably related to similar technical roles.
