About the position

Working as a lawyer at Tillväxtverket means that you work proactively and collaborate actively with other units and competencies, especially within digital administration. However, you will be involved in the entire organization's work as you operate within a broad legal field. As a legal advisor, you provide legal support regarding data protection and digitalization issues. Your tasks also include preparing legal investigations, contract reviews, and internal training. You will also work with the authority's operational order and other governing documents and provide legal support in the release of public documents.

You will belong to the Document Management and Legal Unit at the Legal and Control Department. Currently, there are five lawyers, one e-archivist, two archivists, and two registrars working in the offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, and Östersund. Your workplace will be in Stockholm, Malmö, or Gothenburg, but travel to other offices may occur.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Swedish law degree (previously jur. kand)
• At least four years of relevant experience in qualified legal work as a lawyer
• Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Current experience working with data protection and digitalization issues
• Good knowledge of administrative law
• Good knowledge of public access and confidentiality

The following are meritorious:

• Having had an active role as a lawyer in business development work
• Experience in contract review

We are looking for someone with good collaboration skills, who is flexible and solution-oriented. You should also be self-driven in your work and enjoy taking initiative. We will place great emphasis on personal qualities.

Employment form

The position is a permanent employment. We apply a 6-month probationary period.
