We are looking for a customer-oriented and service-minded employee for our client's customer service organization.

The role is a combined position within customer service and financial administration where you support both customers and suppliers with inquiries, orders, and ongoing matters. Problem-solving is a central part of the job, and you thrive in an operational role where you can take responsibility and drive tasks forward.

Our client has recently implemented a new business system, and we would like you to have experience with Microsoft Business Central.

Your tasks will include the following:

  • Support customers and suppliers via phone and email

  • Follow up on cases and ensure that customers and suppliers receive correct answers.

  • Basic financial administration

  • Collaborate with the finance and customer service team

  • Participate in improvement work regarding processes and system support

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is proactive and unpretentious, as well as a person who gets things done. You are stress-resistant, curious, and quick to learn, have good system skills, and feel comfortable working in digital environments. You are fearless, driven, and like to take your own initiatives.

  • Experience in customer service and administrative financial tasks, such as handling invoices, payments, and reconciliations.

  • Good computer skills and experience with business or financial systems as well as Office programs (especially Excel).

  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

  • Experience with customer portals, CRM, or case management systems.

  • Basic financial knowledge from education or previous work.

About the position

  • Start date: Immediately

  • Extent: Full-time

  • Location: Malmö with the possibility of remote work one day a week

  • Assignment: Consulting assignment for 6 months with the possibility of extension. You will be employed as a consultant with us at Andara Group during the assignment.
