Purchaser Needed for Our Client in Lund

Do you want to work in a key role where purchasing, structure, and project management meet? We are now looking for a purchaser for our client in Lund who wants to take ownership of processes and contribute to smarter purchasing work in an organization with high ambitions.

ABOUT THE POSITION

In this role, you will have a central position where you are responsible for planning, monitoring, and developing purchasing activities. You will help lay the groundwork for structuring and monitoring the material budget and contribute to creating effective and sustainable purchasing processes.

The position is located in Lund and the work is on-site. This is a temporary assignment starting in April 2026 and ending in December 2026. You will be employed by Academic Work and will be on assignment with our client.

The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions requiring security classification, there may be a requirement for certain citizenship.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and follow up on purchasing activities
• Lay the groundwork for and be responsible for structuring and monitoring the material budget
• Ensure effective and cost-conscious purchasing processes
• Collaborate with internal and external parties
• Contribute to improvement work within purchasing and related processes

• Has very good communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Has experience in purchasing work

• Is structured and meticulous

It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience in project management
• Experience in budget work and financial monitoring
