About the role
As an agent with us, you will play a central role in a well-established company with a clear growth strategy. You will be responsible for the entire sales process – from valuation and advice to negotiation and closure – but also for developing collaborations with housing associations, property owners, and construction actors. You will work closely with management and have significant influence over business strategy, customer relationships, and market development.
In your daily work, you will combine operational tasks with long-term business relationships, where you create added value by deeply understanding the customer's needs and acting as a reliable advisor.

You are a confident and experienced agent who enjoys meeting people and wants to work more strategically than before. You have a natural business sense, a strong drive, and the ability to build trust at all levels.
We would like you to:

• Be a registered real estate agent with several years of experience in housing sales or housing association projects
• Have documented success in creating and developing business
• Be business-oriented, proactive, and used to driving work independently
• Have strong local ties and a broad network within the real estate industry
• Be a skilled relationship builder with the ability to understand the customer's business and needs
• Want to contribute to development, leadership, and growth in a professional brokerage team
