As an inside sales representative at Svenska Alarm, you play a central role in our sales team. You will work with incoming and outgoing customer contacts via phone, email, and digital channels. Your task is to understand the customer's needs, present our smart alarm solutions, and guide them towards the best security solution for their home or business.
You are responsible for the entire sales process – from the first contact to the completed deal.

The role requires that you are attentive, results-oriented, and have the ability to build trust quickly.
You will work from our office in Malmö, where you will receive support from experienced colleagues and continuous development in sales and security technology.

You will be scheduled: Monday-Friday between 09:00-18:00 and will be based at our office in Malmö.
