E-commerce Manager (50% Store / 50% Digital Development)

Värnhems Cyklar AB – Malmö

Värnhems Cyklar is a well-established bicycle store in Malmö with a workshop and sales. We are now looking to take the next step and develop our e-commerce and digital presence.

We have an existing webshop (WordPress / WooCommerce) that is in its early stages and needs to be structured, optimized, and built up in a professional manner.

We are therefore looking for a driven and business-oriented person who wants to combine work in the store (about 50%) with responsibility for developing and improving our e-commerce (about 50%).

Responsibilities

Digital:

• Structure and further develop the webshop

• Work with SEO and online visibility

• Upload products and campaigns

• Manage customer communication via email and social media

• Follow up on sales and work on improvements

In-store:

• Customer service and sales

• Order management and cash handling

• Support in daily operations
