Job Responsibilities As a Service Salesperson, you will plan, lead, and distribute the daily work for the workshop, as well as ensure that the completed work meets timelines and quality - from booking work, preparations, and receiving customers and vehicles. The role includes optimizing the workshop's operations and productivity. The tasks involve receiving workshop customers both through customer visits and phone calls and preparing cost estimates for ordered repairs and service work. Contacts with insurance companies regarding mechanical damage cases and some warranty management with the manufacturer are part of the daily work.

  • Contribute to a creative and positive work environment characterized by mutual respect and helpfulness among colleagues.

  • Follow up to ensure that efficiency, profitability, and quality are achieved at all levels, from the first contact with the customer to final delivery.

  • Explain different options for actions and present various alternatives based on the customer's needs.

  • Delivery and follow-up of customer satisfaction, aiming to be second to none.

Key Competencies/Abilities:

  • High school education in Automotive Technology or equivalent vocational training

  • Several years of experience in service and sales-oriented tasks, where you have demonstrated high social skills and a strong desire to exceed customer expectations.

  • Good computer and phone skills

  • Driving license B

  • High sense of service with the mindset that every problem has a solution

  • Goal-oriented and results-driven with high energy and motivation.
