About the role
As an Account Manager at Scania Bemanning, you will primarily work on prospecting new clients, booking and conducting scheduled meetings, implementing business deals, and strengthening and managing existing clients. We are proud of our clients and partners, and we want them to know it!

We are looking for someone who:
- Has previously worked as an Account Manager in a similar company
- Has experience with public procurement
- Has previously worked with warehousing, logistics, industry, and/or production
- Holds a B driver's license and has access to a car
What you will do with us
As an Account Manager, you are the hub of Scania Bemanning. You will work closely with owners, colleagues, and partners. Your responsibilities include:
- Joint kick-off meetings with our clients where you, together with the responsible Consulting Manager, define the competence and attraction profile for the role to be recruited
- Monitoring the external environment to find the best solutions for our existing and future clients
- Responsible for finding new sustainable collaborations and clients
- Supporting colleagues when needed, for example, in handling applications, test results, reference checks, etc.
- Ensuring an excellent delivery together with the rest of the team
- Challenging and developing our way of working to drive Scania Bemanning towards becoming the most obvious local player in recruitment and staffing
More about you
We are looking for someone with sales experience, preferably within the warehousing, logistics, or industrial sectors. You want to be a key person in a young company where you help develop our daily work. You should also have a genuine interest in growth! The most important thing is that you, like Scania Bemanning, are not afraid to test new paths to achieve better results and collaborations. We see that you are solution-oriented and have a positive basic attitude. You possess great social competence, are empathetic and curious, while also having great drive and a large network.
