About the role

Based at by Crea's office on Strömgatan, you will handle customer service for both e-commerce (D2C) and the corporate side (B2B). The role has a clear focus on B2B and includes ongoing dialogue with professional customers, resellers, interior designers, and partners, while ensuring a first-class experience for our private customers.

Key responsibilities

🔹 Deliver exceptional and personal customer service to both private customers (D2C) and corporate clients (B2B) via email, phone, and web chat

🔹 Handle orders, quotes, and customer dialogue related to both D2C and B2B business

🔹 Ongoing dialogue with freight carriers and management of delivery, customs, and logistics issues

🔹 Receive and handle customer complaints and shipping damages

🔹 Respond on social media and contribute to maintaining by Crea's online presence

This is a role where you become the face of customer service. As the hub in the network, you have direct communication with production, warehouse, and logistics, allowing you to deliver proactive answers to customers – often before they even ask.

You take full ownership of your role and enjoy setting high internal standards, for example regarding deadlines and information flows, to always have the customer's back and exceed expectations.

Working hours

Monday - Friday 08:00-17:00

Employment type

The position is a parental leave substitute for 6 months initially. For the right person, there are excellent opportunities for continued employment at by Crea afterwards.

Start date: Preferably during June, no later than August 1st.

Location: Strömgatan 2, Malmö

Requirements and qualifications

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce and/or B2B environments
  • Good computer skills and experience working with Mac (Apple)
  • Good knowledge of Excel and Outlook
  • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
  • Good understanding of logistics, shipping, VAT, and customs/duties

Assets

  • Experience in B2B customer dialogue, meeting booking, or inside sales
  • Basic understanding of contracts and commercial terms
  • Basic knowledge of German and French (additional languages are an asset)
  • Previous work in a service profession
  • Class B driver's license
