ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a meticulous and service-oriented colleague to join our client's team in Landskrona! If you have experience in administrative work, the ability to prioritize ongoing tasks, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this could be the right job for you. This is a temporary recruitment position with an immediate start date, subject to agreement. As an administrative assistant within warehousing and logistics, you will have a varied and responsible role, including the following Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring our customers receive the best possible service.
Transport Booking: Plan and create transport bookings for customer deliveries, including booking transports in systems such as Pacsoft, Unifaun, UPS, and TNT.
Order Management: Handle and follow up on incoming orders.
Claims Handling: Manage customer claims in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
Invoicing: Ensure correct invoicing and follow-up.
System-based Inventory Management: Work with inventory management in WMS.
Releasing Food Items: When necessary, manage status changes for food items in Cargowrite.
Logistics Flow: Monitor the logistics flow and oversee KPIs for efficiency and areas for improvement.
Customs Handling & Driver Reception: When necessary, handle customs issues and receive drivers for loading and unloading.
ABOUT YOU
To thrive in the role of Logistics Administrator and Customer Support, we believe you will identify with the following:
Experience in administrative work.
A well-developed sense of service and the ability to provide a high level of service to our customers.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Good computer skills, preferably with experience of the Microsoft Office suite.
It is an advantage to have experience with ERP systems and good knowledge of Excel.
The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple points of contact within and outside the organization.
Good prioritization skills and an analytical eye for finding solutions to problems.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new things.
Previous experience in warehousing and logistics is an advantage but not a requirement.

Location: Landskrona
This is initially a temporary assignment from June to October.
