Here, you step into a role where you will work closely with the business to ensure that purchasing and ordering function smoothly – from day one.

About the role

In this role, you will work broadly within procurement with a focus on making the daily operations run smoothly. You will handle ongoing procurement matters and ensure that the right materials are in place on time.

You will work with procurement related to the business, such as consumables, workwear, and other equipment used in production. The role involves many internal contact points – for example, with production, engineering, and other functions.

The work is largely administrative and system-oriented, where you work in business systems, manage orders, and follow up on workflows. You will enter the role in an operational phase where you quickly familiarize yourself with working methods and systems, with the opportunity to take on more responsibility over time depending on experience and interest.

Summary of responsibilities:

  • Handle purchase orders and order confirmations
  • Follow up on deliveries and ensure delivery times
  • Work in business systems and handle procurement-related administration
  • Support the business with procurement issues
  • Coordinate and follow up on internal needs related to procurement

Requirements

  • Relevant education in procurement or similar
  • Swedish and English, spoken and written

Merits

  • Experience in operational procurement
