About the role

As the store manager, you have the overall responsibility for the daily operations, results, and development of the store. You ensure that the store and our exhibition always maintain the highest level – from the first impression to the smallest detail.

You are a present leader who drives the team towards clear goals and creates a culture where sales, service, and structure go hand in hand.

Your responsibilities

• Drive and develop the store's sales towards set goals.
• Ensure that the store and exhibition are always well-organized, inspiring, and in top condition.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the team in daily work.
• Create structure in routines, working methods, and follow-up.
• Work operationally in the store and be a role model in customer interactions.

• Has a strong sales drive and is passionate about achieving results.
• Is meticulous and has a natural eye for order and details.
• Loves structure and works methodically and organized.
• Is a doer who makes things happen – quickly and efficiently.
