Are you great at communication and enjoy providing top-notch service? Are you looking for a part-time job where you can make a difference in every customer interaction? At Resurs Bank, Customer Care is the heart of the customer experience – here we work with both service and customer-related administration. We are now looking for someone who is driven to create satisfied customers and enjoys a social role with plenty of contact.

As part of our team, you will have a developing position where phone and chat are your primary tools in everyday life. You will receive a thorough introduction to our systems, products, and sales methodology, so you can quickly get into the role. With the right support, you will be ready to deliver really great customer experiences – while also having fun at work!

To further increase flexibility in our staffing, and thus increase customer satisfaction, we are now looking for more part-time employees – a great option for you who want to work between 8-30 hours/week. Your schedule will therefore vary depending on your availability and preferences - and based on our needs, which change throughout the year. The need for staff is often high on Mondays and around payday weekends.

What you can expect:

  • A team with high energy, strong customer focus, and clear goals

  • A structured way of working where we constantly measure, follow up, and celebrate our progress

  • Opportunities to develop within service and sales in a dynamic environment

  • A workplace that encourages innovation and technical curiosity

We believe that you:

  • Thrive in a role where customer dialogue is at the center

  • See sales as a natural part of creating value for the customer

  • Are curious about technology and enjoy when working methods evolve

  • Enjoy a fast-paced environment and like working towards clear goals

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a natural sense of service, and an eye for quality. You are flexible, enjoy solving problems, and thrive in a fast-moving organization with a growth focus. We would like you to have:

  • Several years of experience in customer service or another service-oriented role

  • Worked in a call center or similar environment, with both chat and phone

  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English – and preferably another Nordic language

Important to know

For final candidates, we conduct a thorough background check through an external company.
