The Klippan Health Center is a medium-sized health center with approximately 8,000 registered patients and a complete commitment according to the Health Choice. At the health center, we have 35 wonderful employees who strive for a good working climate where collaboration is characterized by great respect for each other's qualities and competencies. There is a base of specialists in general medicine, as well as ST and AT doctors undergoing continuous training. We have a child health center included in the family center, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, dietitians, district nurse clinics, and several nurse-led specialist clinics such as diabetes, asthma/COPD, osteoporosis/infusion, incontinence, and hypertension clinics. In our rehabilitation department, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, social workers, and psychologists collaborate. All these sub-units and competencies are gathered under one roof, which contributes to both the breadth of our offerings and the development opportunities for our employees. We place great importance on having a good working environment with variety in the work and the possibility of individual schedules.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a medical secretary with us, you have a central and operationally close role. You primarily work with medical documentation such as journal writing, referral management, scanning, and other administrative tasks. The role also includes reception duties and providing administrative support to the organization as a whole. If necessary, you may also have specific assignments within administrative support functions, IT/Telephony, log controls, based on the needs of the organization and your competencies.
The workgroup consists of four medical secretaries with varying degrees of employment and a part-time receptionist. We now need to replace one of our colleagues who is retiring.
You will be offered a tailored introduction alongside well-established and caring colleagues. Allocated time for personal development every other week is a given, as is further education. You have an interest in sharing your knowledge and find it stimulating to drive and participate in the unit's improvement work. We are positive about skills enhancement for employees, and together we develop our operations within the framework of the assignment.
The working hours are scheduled during the day from Monday to Friday.
QUALIFICATIONS
You who are applying have completed education in health care administration (80p KY/400p YH) or equivalent education as a medical secretary. Additionally, you have good knowledge of the Swedish language and the ability to express yourself in both spoken and written English. Furthermore, it is a prerequisite for the position that you have good knowledge of medical terminology. It is advantageous if you have an interest in IT and experience working in primary care as well as experience within Health Choice Skåne.
As a person, you are confident in your professional role, structured and meticulous, and have the ability to work both independently and in close collaboration with others. You can prioritize between different tasks and thrive in a role where the pace can sometimes be high. You are service-oriented with a professional and respectful approach towards both patients and colleagues. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and ability.
