PROTITE AB in Ängelholm is a well-established manufacturing company with many years in the industry. Our product areas include flat gaskets, machine protection, and industrial sewing. We are a reliable partner who follows our customers all the way from idea to series production, with quality and precision at every step. We are now looking for a part-time employee who enjoys making things work in practice. You will step into a situation where we need to strengthen our daily flow. Initially, the focus will be on supporting and relieving our inside sales staff in the business system with order and purchase management. For the right person, there is an opportunity to take on more responsibility.

About the role

You will work broadly as a bridge between sales and production. The role is operational, varied, and requires that you are not afraid to pitch in where needed. At the same time, you need to have respect and understanding for our different professions.

Examples of tasks:

– Handling customer orders, manufacturing orders, purchases, and deliveries, which includes contact with customers and suppliers via email and phone.

– Updating and maintaining our business system Monitor (items, prices, preparation)

– Support in calculations and simpler preparations

– Close collaboration with production – sometimes out in the field, not just behind the screen

– Relief in the daily flow and practical support in everyday office life.

Who we are looking for

We believe you have experience in administrative work in a manufacturing company and are used to working in business systems. You understand how sales, purchasing, and production are interconnected and thrive in a role where collaboration and personal responsibility are central.

You are unpretentious, solution-oriented, and not afraid to make contact, ask questions, or roll up your sleeves. You don't need to know everything from day one – but you need to want to take responsibility and get things done.

About the employment

Scope: 50%

Employment type: Temporary for 6 months

Possibility of extension or expanded role depending on needs and outcomes
