Emploid is looking for a Technical Administrator with a focus on Master Data for an international manufacturing company. This is a consulting assignment with employment at Emploid.

About the Role

As a Technical Administrator, you will be part of a global team responsible for ensuring accurate and up-to-date master data related to technical components. The role plays an important function in the purchasing process and includes, among other things:

- Handling inquiries regarding new component articles in SAP

- Classifying components based on technical parameters such as dimensions, capacity, and weight

- Categorizing and updating article information in the master data system

- Collecting technical information, sometimes in contact with suppliers

About You

We believe you have an eye for detail and enjoy working in a structured manner. You preferably have a technical understanding, ideally from previous work with components or technical documentation. You value collaboration and are eager to contribute to developing work methods together with your team. To succeed in this role, we hope you have:

- Experience in administrative work related to Master Data

- Good system understanding and experience with SAP

- Proficient skills in the Office suite, especially Excel

- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Additional Information

Start: Immediately

Location: Lund

Extent: Full-time, consulting assignment

Working Hours: Office hours, with the possibility to work from home 2 days/week

Salary: According to agreement
