The Quality and Sustainability Unit has a cross-administrative mission regarding responsibility for operational planning, energy issues, environmental and sustainability matters, information management, and process development. The unit also has investigative assignments within complex property strategic issues and coordinates and drives development projects. We are located in bright, pleasant offices at Dockplatsen in Malmö, just a few minutes' walk from the central station.

Regionfastigheter develops and manages Region Skåne's properties. Right now, we are making the largest investments ever in the hospital areas of Skåne. Regionfastigheter project manages, builds, and develops large complex projects in sensitive hospital environments. We manage properties and advanced technical systems and must be able to guarantee high operational reliability every day of the year. Our work is a prerequisite for safe and secure care. We are also expanding the infrastructure for public transport in Skåne, with new service depots for buses, trams, and trains.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Quality Developer with us, you will play a central role in driving Regionfastigheter's quality work forward. You are responsible for developing and coordinating the management's process work and supporting the organization in creating uniform, effective, and quality-assured working methods.

You will drive and develop the cross-administrative work with processes and quality development. The role involves leading and coordinating important development efforts, including identifying bottlenecks and proactively driving improvement proposals together with the organization. As part of the work, you will produce analyses, decision-making materials, and communicate complex issues clearly. The position also involves planning and leading various types of forums and facilitating workshops. You contribute to creating a culture of continuous improvement through analysis, follow-up, and learning. The role also includes educating, supporting, and communicating what it means to work process-oriented in a line organization. You will become a key person in the work of creating structure, clarity, and quality in our working methods.

In the position, you will have a central and supportive role in the management's ongoing development work within archive and information management. Together with our information strategist, you will help drive the development towards modern, rule-based, and efficient management of information and documentation. Here, you will have the opportunity to contribute your expertise to a future-oriented work that creates order, quality, and sustainability throughout the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for the position, we see that you have a relevant academic education for the role, or other education deemed relevant, as well as several years of experience working with process and operational development. We also want you to have experience in project management, preferably with project management training. To be relevant for the position, you need to have good knowledge and an interest in systems in general. A very good ability to communicate, analyze, and present complex information, both orally and in writing, is required. If you also have experience working in a public organization, this is an advantage, as is experience in the property sector.

You are analytical and have the ability to handle several processes and tasks simultaneously, as well as being used to working independently and seeing a holistic perspective.
