The Strategy and Development unit belongs to the Group Office and is located in Lund, Malmö, and Kristianstad. We are about twenty employees working with document, information, and case management, identity and access management, and information accessibility. In the unit, we strive to make document, information, and case management smarter and more efficient for all our employees and citizens within Region Skåne. Skåne's Digital Infrastructure (SDI) aims to create conditions for making Region Skåne a more data-driven organization and enabling a better digital work environment, information-driven care, and artificial intelligence (AI). SDI will facilitate and accelerate the use of data and information for digital services.

Strategy and Development belongs to the Information Area, which has a group-wide coordination responsibility, is the executive archive authority under the Regional Board, and employs over 140 staff. The operations encompass both strategic, tactical, and operational functions in Region Skåne's central information supply.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a business architect within Skåne's digital infrastructure (SDI), you will be the owner and developer of the business architecture for SDI. This means defining and describing the capabilities that SDI delivers and anchoring the use of these in Region Skåne's strategies, governance models, and other goal documents. You will work to link the capabilities to other architectures and to identify and follow up on benefit realization and maturity levels within data-driven business development. To clarify these connections, you will deliver documentation and visualizations in the form of stakeholder models, business model descriptions, capability maps, and process models.

In your role, you will work with a business-driven transformation and lead the work to identify and define use cases for SDI from the business perspective, such as needs in clinical environments and support the realization of these cases. You will take leadership and provide support in all matters related to architecture from the business perspective and be responsible for the entire implementation phase, developing, describing, and managing the organization's business architecture.

Additionally, you will design and manage models for information governance, metadata, roles, responsibilities, and lifecycle management of data and digital services. You will contribute to the development of architectural descriptions, work areas, and roadmaps for SDI. It will also be an important part of your assignment to participate in decision-making architecture forums and coordinate with all levels of governance.

You will act as a bridge between business and IT and lead the work to ensure that digital solutions meet the requirements of the businesses. In collaboration, you will also lead working meetings and build partnerships with both our own operations and other stakeholders in the form of IT, legal, and information security to produce documentation and decision support.

The main placement is in Malmö or Lund.
