We implement decided measures according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and carry out actions according to the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL). We have a particularly important mission focused on increasing the quality of life and combating involuntary loneliness among seniors in Malmö, as well as developing new forms for this work.

Job Responsibilities
Our assistant team consisting of six assistants focused on escorting/relief is now seeking reinforcement for the summer. An exciting and varied assignment where we work from a solution-focused approach with trust and participation to create a safe and engaged workgroup.
As an assistant for escorting/relief, you are the spider in the web for the three sections within escorting services. Together with your assistant colleagues, you support the sections' operations, staffing, and planning. In your work, you have daily contact with users and their relatives, employees, caseworkers, home care coordinators, and managers. As an assistant, you primarily support the operation with administrative tasks. You plan and organize your work and drive your cases both independently and together with your colleagues. You will become part of a dynamic organization where much is happening, and where we constantly work to collectively increase the quality of what we do.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- A completed high school education
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
- Good digital competence, with strong skills in the Office suite
- Experience in administrative work and administrative systems (as well as the willingness and ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new programs and systems)
It is advantageous if you have:
- Relevant higher education for the position
- Experience in staffing and schedule planning
- Experience from a service profession
You are a positive, responsible, and engaged person, who possesses good social skills. Furthermore, we see that you are meticulous and well-organized and that you have the ability to work independently and proactively.
To succeed in the role, it is also important that you are attentive and have a good ability to work together with others. Since a large part of the role requires the ability to provide good service in various matters, it is important that you can adapt and deliver the desired results on time. Sometimes there can be many deadlines to adhere to, and therefore it is important that you are good at planning, organizing, and structuring your work.
