Staffing Service Assistant

ABOUT THE POSITION
The role of Staffing & Service Assistant gives you the opportunity to kick-start your career in staffing! You will be part of the office's sharp staffing team that works with our student pools and staffs some of our largest clients. It is a role with a lot of personal responsibility where you can directly see the results of your work. Although much of the work is done independently, you are engaged with your team in achieving common goals and results. The role offers a flexible part-time job that provides you with income, valuable experience, and many new contacts throughout your studies.
Your Manager and Development
Your manager is Alice Lindborg, who works as the Staffing Service Manager. In dialogue with your immediate manager, you will plan your working hours based on the office's needs. We have chosen to have operational managers to provide you with the best support in your role. In your role as a Staffing Service Assistant, you will develop through our Training Program. You control your career paths with us, and we provide you with the opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for staffing existing consultants based on our clients' needs
- Work proactively with clients to plan future needs and map consultants' availability.
- Book staff and resolve scheduling gaps due to sickness, resignations, and delays of consultants.
- Responsible for a number of client pools. This includes working with the responsible Consultant Manager and Account Manager to develop the business by following up on the pools and initiating and executing actions to achieve fully satisfied clients and consultants.
- Work on documentation of activities related to the pools to ensure qualitative internal processes.

What Experience Do You Need
- Are a student graduating no earlier than VT28, preferably in HR, economics, or similar. Since we view this position long-term, we prefer that you do not plan to go on exchange or have an internship.
- Have previous experience in service and customer contact
- Speak and write fluently in Swedish and have a good command of English, as the tasks involve a lot of contact with clients and consultants in both languages
Desired Experience
- Experience in administrative tasks
Start: Immediately
Scope: Approximately 10 hours/week, including weekend work about one weekend per month.
Location: Stockholm
