In our growth journey, we are now recruiting an administrator. We believe that this role suits you who are new to the workforce or want to try working in an area that is new to you.

The Payroll and HR Administrative Unit (LHRE) at the Swedish Armed Forces HR Center is responsible for ensuring that the Armed Forces' employees receive the correct salary on time every month. Our unit has about 90 employees in six payroll departments. We work in a modern open office landscape in Gärdet, directly adjacent to green areas. We offer several great benefits within the Armed Forces, including the opportunity to train three hours a week during working hours, which is highly appreciated.

In your role as an administrator, you will support the unit with handling mail, archiving, and simpler administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities

You will work with:

  • mail handling
  • archiving
  • sorting and simpler administration of cases

REQUIREMENTS

Your qualifications are:

  • high school diploma – focus on social sciences, economics, law, or equivalent
  • good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
  • experience using IT systems

You have the ability to work in a structured and independent manner. Since we work in teams, it is also important that you are a team player who enjoys sharing your knowledge and experiences. Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.

MERITORIOUS

It is meritorious if you have:

  • served in the Swedish Armed Forces
  • experience of similar tasks in the public sector
  • experience in payroll administration
  • studied courses in payroll or economics

Employment type: Full-time. Temporary position for up to 1 year.
