The Administrative Court in Stockholm is a modern and development-oriented workplace with dedicated employees. The Administrative Court in Stockholm is one of the largest courts in the country and one of the four migration courts. We have about 470 employees and our largest case types are migration cases, assistance cases, social insurance cases, tax cases, and public procurement cases. Job Description
At the Administrative Court, we have a centralized case management office that includes registration, departmental offices, archives, and a switchboard. At the case management office, court administrators, archivists, archive assistants, switchboard administrators, case managers, deputy case management heads, and the head of case management work, who has overall responsibility.
We are now looking for temporary court administrators for our departmental offices and our registration this summer.
Your tasks as a summer substitute may include receiving and registering new cases and documents, sending documents to parties, issuing judgments, staffing the court's lay judge support, and performing simpler archive tasks.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must have a high school education. It is advantageous if you have experience in administrative work at a court.
To perform well as a summer substitute, you need to be results-oriented and prioritize executing the work in a structured and careful manner.
You need to be responsible and professional even under pressure. You can change your behavior and adapt to changing conditions. It is important that you enjoy collaborating and that you relate to others in an open and accepting manner.
We place great importance on your personal qualities and will therefore have testing as part of the recruitment process. Work samples may also be part of the recruitment process.
To be considered for employment, you must meet high standards regarding judgment, security awareness, and suitability. This means that you uphold democratic values and the state values that govern the operations of Swedish Courts. We require that you comply with applicable laws. Prior to employment, background checks may be conducted.
