Job responsibilities and more about the role: As a Courier & Customer Support at Airmee, you will provide support to both our customers and drivers. You will answer questions, solve problems, and ensure everything runs smoothly. This may involve helping someone find their package, answering questions about delivery times, guiding a driver in real-time, or handling deviations that may arise.

You will work via phone, email, and chat, and enjoy varied workdays in a team that likes to support each other. No day is the same, and a lot happens, making the job both fun and rewarding!

    We focus heavily on personal qualities, but we would like you to have completed high school or equivalent and be able to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

    It is a big plus if you have experience in customer service, an interest in IT, and/or knowledge of the Intercom system.

    • Employer: Airmee

    • Start: By agreement

    • Scope: Full-time permanent position with an initial probationary period

    • Location: Central Stockholm

    • Working hours: Evening shifts, Monday to Friday 14:30-23:00, note that weekends may occur (support hours are 08:00–23:00).
