We are now looking for a Communicator for a consulting assignment at Telge AB in Södertälje. The assignment is for eight months with a great opportunity for employment after the period ends. You will be part of the communications department that works for the entire Telge Group, focusing on Telge Fastigheter, Telge Tillväxt, Telge Inköp, and Södertälje Hamn. Here, you will work operationally and target-group adapted in a complex organization that affects the public. The role suits you who want to combine content production, community communication, and strategic thinking in a dynamic environment.

Your employment offer

This is a consulting assignment starting in March 2026, full-time for about eight months, with a clear ambition for a long-term solution for the right person. You will work in a broad and varied role where you produce content for several companies within the group and collaborate closely with colleagues, managers, and external actors. Here, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in community communication, work agilely, and explore how AI can streamline communication work. Your tasks

As a communicator, you will work operationally with planning, production, and publishing of content in various channels.

• Plan and implement target-group adapted communication
• Write and edit texts for web, social media, and internal channels
• Create and adapt simpler content such as images, graphics, and videos
• Manage and publish content in digital channels
• Support the organization in communication issues
• Participate in planning and structuring communication efforts
• Handle simpler media inquiries and produce press releases under supervision
• Work according to agile and lean-inspired methods

The role means that you independently drive tasks forward and ensure delivery according to deadlines.

The assignment is a consulting assignment with a desired start in March 2026. The scope is full-time for about eight months. There is a great opportunity for employment at Telge after the assignment ends. The location is in Södertälje. A driving license B is required.

Our expectations

We are looking for someone with about two to three years of experience in communication work in a complex organization that affects the public. You have good administrative skills and are comfortable working independently within given frameworks.

You have experience in operational communication, such as text production, social media, and web publishing. You understand the communication process and have worked with different target groups and how to best reach them. You express yourself very well in Swedish in both speech and writing, with high linguistic security.

As a person, you are structured, flexible, and solution-oriented. You thrive in a team but take personal responsibility for your deliveries. You are curious about AI and see opportunities to streamline and develop work methods in a changing environment.
