Do you want to work with cars, numbers, and customer service in a cheerful and close-knit team? We are now looking for an administrator for an immediate consulting assignment.

In the role of administrator, you will manage leasing cars and associated administration. You will have contact with customers, handle car closures, assess damages, and work with calculations and vehicle data in various systems. The job involves both customer service and administrative responsibilities. Your main tasks may include:

• Administer leasing cars for customers
• Assess and register damages on vehicles
• Work with leasing calculations, prices, and vehicle data
• Receive and handle incoming calls and emails
• Manage cases related to insurance and workshops
• Documentation and work in internal systems as well as Excel

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Have an interest in cars and technology, previous experience with cars, workshops, or insurance is a plus
• Have administrative experience
• Enjoy working with numbers and finance (VAT, excluding VAT, calculations)
• Be service-oriented and enjoy customer contact
• Have good computer skills and preferably knowledge of Excel
• Be proactive, curious, and willing to learn
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
