Recruitment Specialist Wanted

We are now looking for a driven and experienced recruitment specialist with overall responsibility for recruitment processes, primarily within blue-collar. In this role, you will work on multiple recruitments simultaneously and ensure high quality throughout the delivery. You are flexible, confident in your decisions, and have the ability to think creatively to identify the right candidates through structured selection methods.

Start: 2026-03-16 to 2026-06-30

Your main responsibilities

• Conduct phone interviews, screenings, and structured interviews
• Drive multiple recruitment processes in parallel in an efficient and proactive manner
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and act as a professional support in recruitment matters
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
• Document accurately in recruitment systems and tools
• Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment work within the TA function

Who are you?

• At least 1-2 years of experience as a recruiter
• Experience in recruiting collective staff is a requirement
• Experience from the manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Solid experience in screening, assessing, and interviewing candidates
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
