We are looking for an experienced Controller for a consulting assignment.

• Scope: Full-time 100%
• Start: March 2nd
• Duration: September 2nd, possibly longer.

You will be employed by Poolia but will work at our client's location.

The work will primarily be conducted at the office in Stockholm, but there is some opportunity for remote work by agreement.

About the position

In the spring, a major reorganization will take place at the agency. The finance function needs reinforcement in connection with this.

The work will focus on conducting two financial forecasts and monthly follow-up of financial outcomes, including analysis. Furthermore, the outcomes for the months prior to the implementation need to be transferred from the old organization to the new organization and quality assured.

The assignment includes, in collaboration with the existing controller, providing support to budget-responsible managers in the above work and acting as an advisor in the financial area.

Your main tasks

• Budgeting
• Compilation of financial outcomes and analysis
• Report writing
• Preparation of presentation materials
• Ongoing advisory in financial management
• Contribute to updating, adapting, and developing templates in Excel
• Contribute to requirements for adapting and developing functions in the financial system UBW Unit 4

Who are you?

To be considered for the role, you need to meet the following criteria:

• At least five years of experience working as a controller
• Experience in financial work within a government agency within the last five years
• Experience working in UBW (Unit 4 business world)
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
