About the Role:
As an ID Center Coordinator, you will work to manage and ensure the correct handling of access cards and accesses. A large part of the work involves troubleshooting technical systems related to security and access, as well as providing technical support over the phone and email. You will closely collaborate with both security and IT departments to maintain security routines and handle any system-related issues.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and update accesses in our security systems
- Create, activate, and deactivate access cards and manage access to premises
- Troubleshoot and solve problems in security systems and other technical platforms
- Communicate and provide support to employees and visitors via phone and email
- Work closely with security and operations staff to ensure that all security routines are followed
We are looking for someone who (has/is):
- Is technically interested and has experience working in various IT systems, preferably related to access management or security systems
- Has previous experience working with technical support, systems management, or customer service
- Is solution-oriented and enjoys delving into technical problems to find solutions
- Has a high service level and values providing an exceptional customer experience, even when it comes to technical issues
- Is meticulous, self-driven, and has a good ability to prioritize
- Enjoys communicating and collaborating with different departments and external parties
- Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with card management systems
- Experience in the security industry or technical support
