Do you want to work with communication in a community-oriented and complex organization? We are now looking for a communicator who wants to contribute with operational and target group-adapted communication in a municipally owned company with a broad range of activities and significant impact.
About the assignment
We are looking for a communicator for the communications department at our client, a municipally owned company, responsible for communication for several companies within the group. The role is centrally located in the group's communication function and supports several different business areas. The main focus will initially be on communication efforts related to real estate, growth, procurement, and port operations. However, needs may arise within all companies in the group, which means a varied and dynamic everyday life.
The desired start is in March 2026. The assignment is expected to last for 8 months full-time, with a good opportunity for employment with the client after the assignment ends. This is a consulting assignment via Bemannia with placement at the client's office.
Your tasks
You will work operationally with communication in an organization that affects many residents and external actors. The role requires independence, structure, and the ability to quickly adapt messages to different target groups and channels.
The tasks include, among others:
Plan, implement, and follow up communication efforts
Write and publish texts for web and other digital channels
Manage and create content for social media
Produce and edit simpler materials such as images, graphics, and videos
Adapt messages based on target audience and context
Support the organization in communication-related issues
Contribute to the preparation of press releases and handle simpler media inquiries under supervision
Collaborate with colleagues, managers, and external actors
The work takes place in a changing environment where priorities can shift at short notice, which requires flexibility and good planning skills.
Your qualifications
Approximately 2–3 years of experience in communication work in a complex organization with public impact
Documented experience in planning and implementing target group-adapted communication
Practical experience in operational communication work (text production, web, social media)
Very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish
Good administrative skills and accustomed to working in a structured manner
Good knowledge of the Office suite (PC)
Driving license B
We are looking for someone who is structured, self-driven, and confident in their professional role. You have good collaboration skills and enjoy working both independently and in a team. Furthermore, you are flexible and can quickly adapt when circumstances change. You are curious about new working methods and see opportunities to use digital tools and AI to develop and streamline communication. Working towards deadlines and delivering quality is a given for you.
Meritorious
Experience working in politically governed or public organizations
Experience handling simpler media matters
Familiarity with using AI tools to streamline communication work
Experience working according to agile or lean-inspired methods
