We are now looking for a driven Payroll Specialist who wants to be part of our team. In this role, you will be part of a positive and close-knit team with different competencies and backgrounds who are passionate about what we do. We have a high ceiling and care for each other. Together, we are responsible for the salaries of our digital and physical operations.

You will report to our CFO.

Responsibilities and tasks

As a payroll specialist, you will manage the entire payroll process from start to finish.

Examples of tasks:

• Handle salaries for employees across Sweden

• Collect material from managers

• Check and ensure payroll files

• Interpret our various collective agreements

• Ownership of the payroll process in parts of our operations

• Be supportive to managers and employees

• Manage our systems: Kontek, Flex HRM, and Pleo

Qualifications and personal attributes

We would like you to have:

• Approximately 3-5 years of documented experience in payroll management from start to finish

• Experience working in Kontek. It is a plus if you also have experience with Flex HRM and/or Quinyx

• Ability to express yourself very well in both spoken and written Swedish and English

• Post-secondary education in payroll is an advantage

• Experience working with collective agreements is an advantage
