Job Responsibilities

As a Consultant Manager/Tech Recruiter with us, you will:

• Independently drive the entire recruitment process from requirements meeting to onboarding of candidates, as well as personnel responsibility as a Consultant Manager.
• Be a partner to some of the region's most attractive companies to understand both their corporate culture and the technology they use.
• Proactively work to build your network of candidates.
• Contribute to the development of the entire region by taking initiatives and creating and improving processes.

We are looking for someone who

We believe that most of the points below align with your profile:

• Has at least two years of experience in the consulting and recruitment industry as a consulting manager or recruiter, preferably in IT or technology.
• Is accustomed to driving processes from start to finish and can work both independently and in a team.
• Has the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Is an innovator who dares to challenge, contribute to results, and brings good energy.
• Has good business acumen and the ability to work both short- and long-term with a results-oriented approach that drives the organization forward.
• Has excellent skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.

Salary: Fixed salary.
