We are growing and are therefore looking for an Operations Manager for our Stockholm department

We are now looking for an engaged and experienced Operations Manager for our Stockholm department.

The department provides everything from stationary assignments to retail and shopping malls, hospitals, patrolling security, bodyguards, personal protection, and alarm response, etc.

You who are applying need to be a strong, goal-oriented, and driven person who, together with the team in the department, can elevate the operations to an even higher level.

About the role

As an Operations Manager, you act as the natural link between our customers, our employees, and us as a supplier. Your main task will be to ensure that the daily operations of our services run smoothly, that our routines are followed, and that we and our employees deliver a truly safe, qualitative, and professional service.

In your role, you will have close contact with your colleagues and our customer's representatives, as well as other stakeholders within the assignments. 

The position of Operations Manager is full-time, and your working hours will mainly be Monday to Friday, although deviations may occur.

As an Operations Manager, you report to the Business Manager Stockholm.

To succeed in the position, we see the following qualifications as desirable:

- You have several years of industry experience in the security sector or equivalent.

- You have documented experience in leading employees in a similar position.

- You have documented leadership training or equivalent.

- You have an understanding of business economics and preferably experience in working with KPI and budget follow-up.

- You are structured, solution-oriented, and clear in your communication.

- You have a high level of service and a good understanding of the needs of employees and our clients.

- You are very familiar with working with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Office 365.

- You have the ability to work in a minute-operational environment, where things can change quickly.

We also see that you can communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. If you can speak multiple languages, we consider it an advantage.
