The position is a staffing assignment via TNG, which means you will be employed by us and work on-site at our client. You will receive a secure employment with collective agreements, insurance, occupational pension, wellness benefits, and vacation.

Your tasks

You will be part of an Operations and Support team within Payments consisting of about 10 people. The team works with operational tasks such as bookings and monitoring of financial payment flows as well as handling international payments and other central payment services. The support function is internal and takes place via email, case management systems, and phone.

You will primarily:

• Handle international and domestic payments
• Perform bookings at fixed times several times a day
• Monitor payment queues and ensure that time-critical flows are handled correctly
• Search, check, and verify information in multiple systems
• Handle more complex or urgent matters as needed

The work can be repetitive at times, but it is always business- and society-critical and requires high accuracy and accountability.

Worth knowing

The assignment is expected to start on February 26 and last until October 30, 2026. The placement is in Stockholm and the working hours are weekdays from 08:30 to 17:00. The work is entirely on-site at the office, and there is no possibility for remote work or flexible working hours. The client is located in modern premises north of Stockholm.

Our expectations

A post-secondary education in, for example, economics, finance, administration, or similar is advantageous, especially if you are used to working independently and quickly absorbing new information. However, this is not a requirement – we value the right attitude and drive just as highly as formal education.

We are looking for someone who has high energy, is communicative, and thrives in an operational environment where the pace can shift quickly. You are self-driven and take ownership of your tasks, seek solutions, and drive matters forward even when you do not have all the answers from the start.

It is a plus if you have experience from customer service, administration, or other operational activities where you have worked in modern systems. You are used to navigating between different information sources and finding the information you need on your own.

You collaborate well in a team, are meticulous, and understand the importance of structure when it comes to time-critical financial flows. Accountability and precision are crucial in the role.
