Key Solutions is looking for a structured and business-oriented accountant to our headquarters in Barkarbystaden.

We are in a clear growth phase where ambition is high and organization, structure, and working methods are continuously developing. Therefore, we are now strengthening our finance function with a key role for you who want to work closely with the business, take responsibility, and help build the structure that will support the company in the long term. For us, finance is an integrated part of the business. Not a support function on the side.

About the role

As an accountant at Key Solutions, you have a business-oriented function in an organization in clear growth. You work with ongoing accounting and are involved in closing and follow-up work, while also contributing to developing working methods, processes, and structure as the company grows.

You work closely with management and other central functions, where your work creates conditions for quality, transparency, and well-founded decisions.

Your main responsibilities

·         Ongoing accounting and reconciliations

·         Participation in monthly closings and support in annual closings

·         VAT, taxes, and declarations

·         Account reconciliations and quality assurance of accounting

·         Support in reporting and follow-up of key figures

·         Support in budget and forecasting work

·         Development and streamlining of financial processes

·         System-related tasks related to the finance function

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is confident in their accounting skills and who wants to take responsibility in a company with clear direction and high ambitions.

You have:

·         Post-secondary education in finance or accounting

·         A few years of experience in qualified accounting work

·         Good understanding of closing processes

·         Very good knowledge of Excel and financial systems

·         Experience from growth companies or corporate structures is meritorious, but not a requirement

Work format: On-site with the possibility of remote work by agreement
